Here's a new piece on color correction by Rich Harrington of Layers Magazine.
Harrington wisely recommends white and black balancing using a calibration card as part of your shooting workflow. This also includes shooting some footage of the card in the same lighting setup you will use for your subject.
It's nice to see Premiere Pro garnering some attention in Layers Magazine. While Layers has always been great on the rest of the Adobe suite of programs, their attention to Premiere Pro has been pretty lean in the past.
